Attempts at getting a set of subs for this subject were proving difficult. However an evening eventually arrived when the cloud stayed away long enough for me to get a dozen exposures under a fairly transparent sky. With its well defined spiral arms I think NGC 5364 is one of Virgo's nicest galaxies within reach for amateur telescopes. The other bright galaxy is NGC 5363 and NGC 5360 is the edge-on at lower left of this image. Details: 10" f4.3 Newt. 12x 10 minute exposures @ iso800 with CLS in DSS, CS2, Photobrush & XAT.
