After imaging NGC 6914 I moved on to Cepheus again to make an attempt at NGC 7538 which is a bright area of nebulosity not far from the well-known Bubble Nebula. By now patches of cloud were beginning to make things difficult and I had to settle for only 10 somewhat variable subs before it became impossible to continue. The final image required a fair bit of noise reduction. Details: 10" f4.3 Newt. 10x 5 minute exposures @ iso1600 with CLS in DSS, CS2 & XAT.
