At last an image after what seems a lengthy period of non productivity. My photography window seems a bit barren at present as I wait for the summer constellations and their nebulous opportunities to become better placed in my situation. I noticed that the other notable globular in Hercules M92 also had an adjacent galaxy that required a deeper image to reveal. At this time of year waiting for a dark enough sky to start imaging seems an eternity which made this a post midnight target. Galaxy PGC 59984 can be seen at top/right of the image. Details: 10" f4.3 Newt. 5x 5 minute exposures @ iso400 + 8x 8minute exposures @ iso800 with CLS in DSS, CS2 & XAT.
