Looking for Lulin

The first day of March brought a clear sky so at last a chance to find Comet Lulin. A bit of a disappointment I must confess!....I spent quite a while with 11x80 binoculars before I began to feel that I had probably found it, even then it was with averted vision and a bit of imagination. Efforts to get it into the field of the main scope only resulted in a bad back as it wasn't at my most comfortable viewing position. I opted to point a 70mm lens in the right direction and see what turned up. The result is from 5x 240second exposures with CLS filter @iso 400 in DSS & CS2. (John did far better at Ouse Valley Observatory and has posted a nice video sequence here)
