M 1 in the cold

After NGC 1333 I continued with M1 (The Crab Nebula). By then my equipment had acquired quite a layer of frost. I kept the exposures relatively short as the guiding gets less reliable past the meridian and the guidescope itself was showing signs of misting. Some longer subs might have done better with the outer regions. A longer dew shield for the guidescope is now on the "to do" list. Details: 10" F 4.3 Newt. 10x 5 minute exposures @ iso800 with CLS in DSS, CS2 & XAT.
