I've reached a point now where I seem to be up and running in a relatively short time which proved itself when I was able to take advantage of a clear spell again last night. With the new found ability to reach the fainter galaxies I aimed the scope at this group in Leo Minor and managed to get 4 x 5 minute exposures taken before the dreaded warning sound the guiding software emits when it has lost the guide star became apparent. This usually signals the arrival of cloud so yet another session came to a premature end. At least the newly reinforced roof stayed put!
The galaxies are all NGCs..3430(brightest of the group @ mag 11.50), 3424, 3413, 3395, 3396.
Details: 4x 5 minute exposures @ iso800 with CLS in DSS & CS2.
