I felt that the previous Rosette Nebula image was badly affected by vignetting which prevented the final image from being processed accurately. I decided to try and minimise the vignetting on each of the sub exposures in CS2 before stacking them again in DSS. This has resulted in an image that has produced better detail and is hopefully a more accurate rendition of this particular object.
